Covid Colab was released today!

This is a New Zealand lockdown music collaboration project (initiated by Benjamin James) that features a track that I worked on - I also produced the cover art.

Covid Colab was executed in traditional pass-the-parcel fashion—where one musician records their part and passes it on to the next—not knowing where the song will go. In my case, I sequenced the beats for the below track and passed it to Peter Hamilton, who recorded bass chords. It then went to Ayrton Foote for keys, Rachelle Eastwood for flute and, finally, to Letitia MacKenzie for vocals.

Happily, I’m right back into producing music. I’ve made all my old work private for now—sorry!

I’m playing a super-short set at this Synthstrom Deluge event [in Paris in April] - which I’m pretty jazzed about.

UPDATE: And then Covid happened.. the gig was canceled and I relocated from Paris, France to Wellington, New Zealand.
